El Chubasco Restaurant Review:
Unlike every other place in town, the best Mexican food in Park City doesn't come wrapped in a fancy restaurant with a high-priced menu. Café tables, mariachi music and lively banter surround the central salsa bar. In the not-quite self-service setup, you walk up, place your order, carry away a small paper tray of fresh chips, fill your own drink and then take a seat. Soon, at your table will arrive authentic, inexpensive and heaping traditional dishes like posole (corn hominy stew) and burritos overstuffed with carne asada in a mole sauce. Whatever you order, don't miss the hot papaya salsa.
