THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Enn Restaurant Review:

Enn is a pleasant surprise, a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar that, despite its rural Lincoln location in a strip mall, has an attractively designed dining area and bar that attracts customers from the many corporate offices in the area. The menu is fairly ambitious, with entrées like unaju (grilled freshwater eel), Washugyu beef, and even a Japanese-style meatloaf alongside the typical teriyaki and tempura dishes. Fatty tuna and sea eel are occasionally available as sushi, and there are dozens of urumaki and fancy maki rolls. All good, except that our simple sushi lunch betrayed a flaw: inferior, chewy fish. The edamame also was relatively bland. Better performers include the spicy tuna tostadas offered as an appetizer and some more creative rolls, such as the tempura-fried sweet potato maki. Saké, Kirin or Sapporo beer go best with the sushi entrées, but specialty cocktails are an option, too.
