Fogo de Chão Restaurant Review:

Pace yourself in order to savor each of the grilled meat and poultry selections --- not to mention the extensive salad bar that includes aged cheeses, cured meats, artichokes, hearts of palm and jumbo asparagus. With a two-sided disk given to each table, diners set the tempo for how quickly or leisurely the gaucho chefs should carve meat tableside. Choices vary nightly, with selections such as filet mignon, Prime rib-eye, leg of lamb, pork filets, ribs and well-seasoned sausages, each cooked over an open flame. Brazilian wines star, yet there is a wide selection from other countries to accompany meals. Authentic South American flan is a dessert option. Brunch is offered at a special price. The setting is impressive with the dramatic stained glass window, dark woods, white cloth-covered tables, colorful murals and an open concept that still allows for private dining nooks.
