Four Sisters Vietnamese Restaurant Restaurant Review:
In its expanded location, the Four Sisters (aka Huong Que) has glamorized the décor and menu. Without a reservation at peak hours, you’ll stand crushed in by the bar and the front door. Choosing from its extensive menu takes some careful plotting, but you can end up with good crispy spring rolls and well-packed fresh summer rolls, plus the traditional shrimp-chicken shredded green papaya salad, steamed rice crêpes, rice noodle platters, and a commendable caramel fish or shrimp entrée. There are also preset menus for groups ranging from two to ten people, but it’s more fun to pick and choose your own favorites.
