From its beginning as a speakeasy in the Roaring 20s until now, Frankie & Johnnie's has blazed a beefy trail. A legend among stage and film stars, it continues to offer Prime aged steaks done to your specifications. But if you’re sick of steak, F & J’s also serves up huge pork chops, grilled chicken and even jumbo-size lobster tails. The wine list, as you’d expect, is heavy on the robust reds (and on the wallet). Note: The restaurant was formerly located at 269 W. 45th St.
