Salvador de la Torre delivers simple, honest food from his native Michoacán, Mexico. Chips are served with cilantro-flecked salsa; horchatas are not too sweet, nor are they heavily flavored with cinnamon. Start with the fajita nachos garnished with both grilled beef strips and chicken breast, or the fiery queso especial with jalapeños, spinach, tomatoes and onions. Entrées range from a light, spicy chile relleno to rustic barbacoa and pork tacos. Fish tacos --- made with sautéed tilapia --- are fresh and vibrant. Pollo del Rey, grilled and doused with 1800 tequila, is a fire-starter. Make your meal a fiesta with a potent Patron margarita, poured in a jumbo-size margarita glass.
