Guaymas’ food is only part of the restaurant’s appeal. Its sleek California-Mexican décor, thriving bar scene and ideal Tiburon waterfront location make it a prime destination. The outdoor patio, right on the Bay, is a bustling scene in warm weather. Seafood is a focus here, including popular grilled skewers of shrimp and other seafood and fresh oysters on the half shell. Look for Mexican classics such as a wide range of quesadillas, burritos, tacos and enchiladas. Don't miss Guaymas' signature fajitas or the poblano en nogado --- poblano chilies stuffed with chicken and raisins and topped with a creamy walnut sauce.
