Red is the dominant color theme in this unpretentious restaurant that has led Atlanta diners to the joys of Chinese treats for more than 30 years. Chinese art graces the walls, and forks center every place setting, so ask for chopsticks. If you've never tried duck or chicken feet braised with black beans and plenty of garlic, here's your chance --- if you come for dim sum on Saturday and Sunday. From the regular menu, there's a long list of tasty soups, such as a spinach and bean curd, which go beyond the usual. Beef with tofu will make even the anti-tofu crowd dig in. House specials include numerous Hong Kong hotpots, among them pork belly with pickled Chinese vegetables (be patient, as it takes 15-20 minutes to cook). We also like the moo shu, done American-style with pancakes, which the server, wielding chopsticks, rolls swiftly at tableside.
