Stop by the sugarcane juice and candy cart on your way into this Vietnamese spot, where the food is far more significant than the setting. The menu includes several dishes from the city of Hue in the central region of Vietnam, among which is the favorite bun bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup). Go with a group and feast on an array of shared plates, such as banh hoi, vermicelli rice noodles served with grilled skewered shrimp or pork surrounded by fresh lettuce, basil and cilantro; banh beo, a steamed rice cake topped with ground shrimp and scallions; or banh bot loc, tapioca cakes filled with pork and shrimp and sprinkled with ground shrimp. Beverages and desserts are limited. Note: The restaurant only accepts cash.
