Former Noe executive chef Glen Ishii is behind JiST in Little Tokyo, a breakfast and lunch café with a menu of haute egg options (pork belly chashu with two six-minute eggs) and chocolate banana crème fraîche pancakes, a tonkatsu sandwich, kale salad with apples and pecans, and daily specials.
