The same team that opened Hue in Thornton Park is behind this 210-seat chophouse on busy Church Street, decorated with lots of wood with bold red accents and crisp white tablecloths, all softly lit, with fresh flowers on each table. Start with jumbo blackened U10 diver sea scallops, Aegean-style lamb ribs, or the Bloody Mary-style shrimp cocktail. House-aged Prime steaks are the stars of the show, from the marbled 16-ounce rib-eye to the traditional beef filet mignon Wellington. For something more adventurous and luxurious, try the Deer River Ranch elk loin, topped with buttery foie gras. Fish has a supporting role with tuna, corvina, swordfish and lobster tail. Sultry baked white chocolate bread pudding à la mode with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and other sweets round out the menu. More than 100 wine selections offer something for every taste and pocketbook. Open until midnight, it's a sophisticated spot for after-theater drinks or a late dinner.
