Family recipes at this Marina mainstay are authentic, healthy and fresh---marinated steak and chicken go onto the grill when you order, and smashed pinto beans are a satisfying substitute for lard laden refritos. Order the fajita tacos---ample grilled meat, guacamole and salsa on soft corn tortillas. La Canasta is take-out only but that keeps the prices reasonable, and delivery is available in the Marina after 4 p.m.
