About the restaurant: Residing within an 80-foot wood-lattice sculptural tree looming over Crystals’ main floor, this seafood and steak house further enhances its ambience with crystal chandeliers.

Food & Drinks: A three-tiered seafood tower arrives with dry-iced dramatic flair, bearing oysters, Dungeness crab, king crab, jumbo shrimp and lobster. The spicy mambo salad, a variation of a Caesar salad, is emboldened by horseradish and wasabi. Steaks, USDA corn-fed beef, wet- or dry-aged for 28 days, are served on sizzling 400-degree plates accompanied by Gorgonzola, blue cheese, béarnaise or peppercorn sauce. Sides are generously portioned, especially the lobster mashed potatoes that deliver lobster in every bite, or gnocchi with Alaskan king crab, rich Asiago cream sauce, black truffle shavings and white truffle oil. A well-rounded wine list offers more than 100 wines from Napa, France, Italy and Australia. Finish with Mastro’s signature dessert: warm butter cake, caramelized on top, paired with ice cream and a large bowl of whipped cream.
