Mosaic Restaurant & Lounge Restaurant Review:

The menu at Mosaic Restaurant & Lounge in the Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown has plenty of Asian influences but still keeps the meat-and-potatoes crowd happy. Chef Richard Yu has retooled the menu to include Chinese dishes like hot-and-sour soup, Cantonese-style chow fun and Chinese lettuce wraps, as well as a few dishes with Thai flavors. But there's plenty of American fare, too, from Caesar salad to fish ‘n’ chips to steaks and burgers. Creative cocktails and a smallish but varied wine list round out the experience.
