Nu Sushi Restaurant Review:

Though the place is petite, Nu turns out consistently fresh sushi from its small counter. While many patrons in the Financial District might order for delivery, the dining room is serene and fine for those who like to converse over a meal. A nice assortment of saké both hot and cold is available to accompany crispy and tender chicken katsu, and tuna tartare spiked with jalapeño and quail egg. Salad with lobster, wasabi and tobiko offers a nice change of pace before sampling from the lengthy selection of rolls. There's also a variety of options for vegetarians: sweet potato tempura, avocado salad, and plenty of tofu. It’s the seafood dishes, however, that might steal the show --- graze on the salmon skin or perhaps the king crab. Finish with a few mochi or a scoop of green tea ice cream.
