Oskar Blues Grill & Brew Restaurant Review:

In a tiny mountain hamlet west of Boulder, Dale Katechis built it --- and they did come. Though the majority of Oskar Blues’s nationally renowned beers (Dale’s Pale Ale, Old Chub) are now produced in much bigger facilities, the original brewpub is still going strong, and townies and tourists alike couldn’t be happier. In fact, they may get to sample experimental suds unavailable anywhere else, while digging into Crescent City-inspired plates of fried catfish nuggets, jambalaya and po’ boys on the one hand, thin-crust pizzas and cheeseburgers on the other.
