P.F. Chang's China Bistro remains popular, despite the uneven service and less than authentic food. Part of the reason is the décor: the soaring ceilings, high windows and contemporary furnishings. The bar scene is where the real action takes place, but some still come for the standard fare. The best dishes include the chicken lo mein, the lettuce wraps, kung pao chicken and wok-seared lamb. In addition, the prolific chain also offers vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. For dessert, go with the banana spring rolls served with coconut and pineapple ice cream.
