P.F. Chang's China Bistro Restaurant Review:

Part of a family-owned national chain, this is a theme restaurant where Chinese cuisine meets American gluttony. Colossal entrée salads and plates piled high with fusion noodle dishes are what they do best. The signature duck salad is a crowd-pleaser, as are the lettuce wraps; the latter come with both minced chicken and vegetarian tofu/mushroom fillings. Healthy spring rolls and steamed dumplings are other key items. Loud and impersonal as it is, getting a table here is a very big deal, most likely because, while portions are mammoth, prices aren’t.
