Pho Ha Restaurant Review:
This restaurant, clean and cavernous, offers an extensive menu of Vietnamese specialties, including spring rolls, chạo tôm (sugar cane covered in shrimp paste) and pork balls for snacking. There’s also a huge variety of beef, rice and noodle dishes, but the main attraction is pho, Vietnam’s famous beef soup. A bowl, with noodles and a choice of meat (the favorite has eye-round, flank, tendon and tripe, though the uninitiated can opt for just noodles and meatballs), can be a filling meal. A selection of chile sauces is at the ready on every table, while cilantro, lime, mint and sprouts are served with the soup---just add to taste.
