Redeye Grill Restaurant Review:
Located across from Carnegie Hall, Redeye Grill highlights art ranging from painted murals that wrap the 15-foot-high columns to the work of Red Grooms. The American fare includes the namesake salad of asparagus, avocado, hearts of palm, bacon and more with Green Goddess dressing. Guests can choose from a raw bar and sushi as well as entrées that cover fish and meat dishes, such as miso-glazed black cod, shrimp scampi and Prime aged New York strip steak. Just don’t leave without ordering the banana cream pie. Wine and cocktails are available. There's live music in the evening. Within the restaurant is a bistro called 888 Café & Bar.
