The Connecticut Avenue branch of an upscale international steakhouse chain that started in New Orleans, Ruth’s Chris is often filled with conventioneers from the Washington Hilton up the street. The big attraction is the steak, USDA Prime, cut in large portions, cooked to order and dripping in butter, New Orleans-style. But you’ll find assorted other dishes, too, such as lobster, veal, chicken and select seafood.
