Shake Shack Restaurant Review:
New York-based Shake Shack started its expansion in Los Angeles with this location in West Hollywood. The chain is known for its burgers, hot dogs, crinkle cut fries and "concretes" (frozen custard). Bringing some local flavor to the menu is the Rainbow Connection concrete, which is made with Cofax donuts and jam from Sqirl. (A portion of the dessert's sales support LA PRIDE.) Another exclusive creation for this branch is the Roadside Double, a double Swiss cheeseburger with Dijon mustard and onions simmered in beer and bacon.
