Patterned after the swanky, funky sushi bars and nightclubs of California, this hip spot offers approximately 15 different martinis, and that's just one section on the cocktail menu. And let's not forget the food, which ranges from the traditional to the exotic. If you have a taste for the unusual, how about the optimistic roll made with tuna, salmon, avocado, masago and tempura flakes wrapped in soy paper, served with sesame soy sauce, jalapeño sauce and sweet wasabi mayo? If you prefer something classic, sample the Kani salad comprised of shredded crab stick, masago and julienne cucumber with house-made spicy mayo.
