Now a national chain known for its enormous burritos, the first Taco Del Mar opened in 1992 on the Seattle waterfront. The 'made-to-order' while you watch burritos come in two sizes---jumbo and super---and are stuffed with rice and refried or whole beans, plus your choice of chicken, beef, pork or fish (or opt for vegetarian), complete with sour cream, guacamole and cheese.
