Three Little Birds offers a variety of filling and wholesome dishes in its smiley, bright setting. Dishes range from maple granola pancakes to black bean eggs Benedict with sour cream and salsa verde. The grouper BLT also comes in a tofu version, and there’s a decadent and nicely executed shrimp and grits. Kids can have fun with an egg fried in hash browns called a “birds nest” or pancakes in fun shapes with caramelized bananas. Creative and tasty salads with combinations like grilled fruit and vinaigrettes round out the menu and offer a lighter approach to a healthy lunch.
