Unums Restaurant Review:

"A Journey of Taste" is the tagline for this lively, modern restaurant. Indeed, you'll get more than just a touch of fusion cuisine with dishes ranging from wasabi panko-crusted sea bass served with couscous and tomatoes to a hanger steak with "Latin-style puttanesca.” A bistro menu available along with the Italian-Asian dishes includes nods to Southern cooking, as in chicken and waffles with corn bisque and jalapeño butter sauce, and it presents Mexico-inspired fish tacos accented with a lemon-lime aïoli, too. For dessert, go traditional with the tiramisu. Wines are a good choice for sips, or try one of the many dessert martinis rich with chocolate.
