Versailles Restaurant Review:

You may well spot a line stretching out the door and into the small parking lot when you come to Versailles, but the line moves surprisingly quickly and the food is worth the wait. The large menu covers a range of Cuban and Latin dishes, but look around and you'll see that virtually every table has one or more plates of the house specialty: garlic chicken. The half-bird outsizes full chickens offered at fast food places, and it comes with rice, beans and fried plantains. There's also roast pork, fried yucca, lightly breaded halibut with garlic, and a paella Valenciana. The latter dish, unlike others that fly out of the kitchen, requires 45 minutes of preparation. There's house-made sangria, and many regulars end the meal with a shot of espresso --- the sole caffeine option. For dessert, there's flan and tres leches cake.
