Willy's is the kind of quick lunch place we need. Small and efficiently structured, such tiny places are popping up all over the metro area because they serve not fast food but fresh food prepared quickly. Patrons choose from a selection of fillings---grilled steak with cilantro and garlic, chipotle-barbecued pork, green mole chicken and black beans and rice. The chunky guacamole has the right texture and flavor, and salsas are fresh tasting and well-seasoned. Besides the burritos, patrons may opt for tacos, salads, quesadillas and charolitas, a combination of meat, tomatillo sauce, onions, cilantro and lime in either a hard or soft taco.
