The large neon sign and waitstaff are the same but Maple Garden has been transformed into something new, familiar and exciting. It seems that the closing of Yen King at Kahala Mall and the subsequent purchase of this longtime favorite has resulted in a pleasant marriage of the dishes from both restaurants. You'll find honey-flavored ribs from Yen King and the famed hot-and-sour soup from Maple Garden.
