From a mock duck dish called Rainbow Veggie Duck made with soy protein and tossed with red and yellow peppers to the “yellow bird” (tofu skin wrapped up with veggies) to the crispy spring rolls, the parade of dishes proves impressive. What’s more, unlike other such places, the food is light and delicate. Each dish is packed with flavor, and only a keen eye and palate would suspect there are no meats around.
