Mesh Restaurant Review:

A handsome beige and brown bar, dining room, and glass-enclosed porch provide neutral canvases for the display of the varied plates that emerge from the open kitchen. One can easily compose a meal by combining starters, including veal and pork meatballs, fava bean crostini, and smoked trout dip with grilled bread. Meat and cheese boards feature locally sourced products. Entrées include the thick grilled pork chop with mashed sweet potatoes, vegetable linguine (to which chicken, shrimp or meatballs may be added), grilled rack of lamb, and halibut paired with gnocchi. White chocolate and cherries bread pudding that's dressed with vanilla ice cream and bourbon sauce is the standout dessert. The very good wine selection offers fine choices by the glass and bottle. Service is efficient.
