About the restaurant: Chef Jordan Kahn (Vespertine, Destroyer) is behind Meteora in Hollywood. The concept is billed as "a bridge between two worlds, ancient and modern, we create an immersive dining experience through our sacred practice of eating."
Food & Drinks: Guests might encounter such dishes as grilled red sea bream wrapped in banana leaf, dried cacao flower, wild iceplant, served with a praline of smoked chilies, hazelnuts and clove. There is also a selection of wines, artisanal spirits and cocktails.
