THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED This cool, cosmopolitan café is a great place for lunch, though we prefer to show up after 2 p.m. in order to avoid the noontime crowds. Vegetarians have plenty to choose from---in addition to the menu salads, there are always about a dozen deli salads displayed in a refrigerator case. Sandwiches and grilled dishes are available for heartier appetites. Of course, the temptation---as always at these places---is to forego the "real food" altogether in favor of one (or two!) slices of chocolate mousse cake or fruit tart. An entire case near the cash register is always filled with a selection of these tempting, decadent diet-busters.
