THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mi Casita Restaurant Review:
From its mostly-woman-singers background music to its citrus-colored tapestry draperies this isn’t your madres or padres Tex-Mex restaurant. The fare is lighter, with vegetables predominating; even the bean burrito is lighter than most. The rice and beans are tinged with cumin, and the guacamole is tangy with some heat, although we wish it were chunkier. Good coffee flan and authentic-tasting Key Lime pie-but not so great is the City Fathers’ refusal to act on liquor license.
