Milk Bar is Momofuku's sister bakery at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Christina Tosi's shop is famous for creations like Cereal Milk ice cream, Compost Cookies (combines pretzels, potato chips, coffee, oats, butterscotch and chocolate chips) and Crack Pie (toasted oat crust with a gooey butter filling). Exclusive to the Las Vegas location are alcoholic "Fancy Shakes" and "MilkQuakes," which blend house-made soft-serve ice cream with treats to create flavors like B'Day Cake.
