Family dining at Mimi’s means something like joining their family. Come in and enjoy, the menu invites guests. We would love to serve you. Under new management in 2000, Mimi’s adjusted several policies by popular request-for instance, breakfast prices are now in effect until noon. The Western omelet is so packed with ham, one wonders how they can serve it at these prices, and it comes with fairly good (but not memorable) home fries.. Texas-style (big!) french toast is another favorite. Lunch and dinner selections are diverse, from a hummus platter for vegetarians, to Wiener Schnitzel, pork chops and chicken stir-fry. If you’re hungry, order the Mimi’s Burger topped with grilled onions, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese and a homemade honey mustard sauce. But save room for dessert; the cheesecake and Chocolate Suicide cake are sinfully rich. And don’t forget to bring the kids-grilled cheese sandwiches are on the menu.
