THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Minato Restaurant Review:
No, you can no longer begin your traditional Japanese dinner with unorthodox Vietnamese appetizers---or vice-versa. Minato has ditched the Café Viet portion of its once-twin identities, and is now concentrating on its Japanese menu. Minato (Japanese for “harbor”) is best-known for Alex Tran’s first-rate sushi, but covers all the bases, from donburi and noodle dishes to beautiful bento boxes. The semi-underground brick-walled dining rooms are friendly and comfy, and private party space is available.
