This burrito stand doesn’t overextend itself with flavored tortillas, like spinach or cheese; it concentrates on the fillings---grilled beef, chicken, fish, shrimp and veggies. To those, the staff adds all sorts of goodies, from Mexican rice and pinto beans to roasted tomato salsa, avocado, cilantro-onion mix, tomatillos and, of course, cheese. Since the burrito is wrapped up right in front of you, however, you can special order it any way you like. But the best thing about this quasi fast-food joint is the ambience.
