This casual Persian eatery is bustling and sunny, and as with its fellow restaurants in the Moby Dick group, the Ashburn location offers wonderful baked pita-style bread hot from the tandoor, juicy beef and chicken kababs, and little wedges of baklava for dessert. You'll also find daily specials, from khoresht gheymeh with yellow split peas and beef; zereshk polo, with shredded orange peel, rice and baked chicken; and ghormeh sabzi, with beef braised with herbs and served with rice.
