In business for more than 50 years in the Virginia-Highland area of Atlanta, Moe’s & Joe’s opened this version of the classic neighborhood bar in the late ’90s. The burgers, salads, good chicken wings and sandwiches (how about goose liver?) make noshing a fine art. This location is more family-friendly than the city site. Also located at 1033 N.
