THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Mortoni's Restaurant Review:

Designed by the creator of the décor for Morton’s Steakhouses, this elegant restaurant overlooking the hotel’s pool and gardens is chic and modern. Large framed black and white photos of the Rat Pack, Elvis, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe and Clark Gable adorn the walls. Crusty Italian bread with a delicious spinach dip is placed on the table as guests are seated. Try the chef’s spaghetti with roasted garlic, tomatoes, spinach and lentils. The linguine della casa is tossed with rock shrimp, asparagus tips and fresh chopped tomatoes. Save room for cioccolata paradiso (chocolate sponge cake with chocolate mousse, espresso and sweetened cream) or the apple tart with ice cream and white caramel sauce.
