About the restaurant: French restaurateur Guillaume Guedj has brought a location of his Parisian restaurant, Mr. T, to Los Angeles --- he is also the proprietor of Passage 53, a Japanese fine dining establishment located in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. The name comes from chef Tsuyoshi Miyazaki.
Food & Drinks: The menu offers dishes like roast lamb kebab and Comté mac & cheese with mimolette flambé, alongside mains of carrot merguez frites; the “Uni” with Koshihikari rice, confit egg yolk and sea urchin crème; and caramelized half Liberty duck. A seasonal chef’s tasting menu is also available.
