This family-operated Peruvian restaurant has transformed a shopping center storefront into a pleasant dining room, with colorful art and tablecloths reflecting the vibrant colors of textiles found in Peruvian markets. Specialties include pollo a la brasa --- the Peruvian rotisserie chicken --- papa a la huancaína and lomo saltado. You’ll also find ceviche and a mixed grill that provides plentiful meat for at least two. Wash it all down with Peru’s signature lemon verbena-scented Inca Kola. And for dessert, there’s traditional alfajores (sandwich cookies filled with dulce de leche) and flan.
