There’s not enough soju stocked at this Korean Town restaurant to help you pronounce its name. But that’s okay. Especially when Muk Eun Ji does Korean barbecue --- cooked right at the table --- so well. Thinly sliced oxtail and kimchi-marinated pork belly are particularly good. But for those whose taste leans more toward familiar meats, the Angus beef short rib and the rib-eye are standouts. Buttress all that meat with an order of silky homemade tofu or some cold buckwheat noodles, and wash it all down with a Korean beer or a bottle of soju.
