Muse is a trendy filling station for those who crave Vietnamese and French-Vietnamese food. It’s simple and unpretentious, the service is warm, and dishes roll out one after the other. The beef pho is popular, but it’s the coconut shrimp and the curry fish that are the true standouts. The papaya salad is delightfully tangy, the Saigon shrimp spring rolls are fat and satisfying, and the Vietnamese pudding is a pretty good crème brûlée in disguise. Best of all, you can wash it all down with a cold 333 beer.
