The Mustang Restaurant Review:

This casual, Southwestern, eclectic Park City dining spot is just steps away from the Marriott Summit Watch on Lower Main Street. Though there are better steak places nearby, you can find an interesting blend of creative dishes that go beyond the standard surf and turf. Travel around the world with steamed saffron mussels bobbing in a sauce of white wine, bacon lardons and Dijon mustard; chipotle barbecued baby-back ribs; Chilean sea bass; and Utah red trout. Sauces and dressings tend to be a bit heavy, so request them on the side. Be a champ off the hill by ordering the Double Black Diamond for dessert. The chocolate decadence cake matched with chocolate Häagen-Dazs ice cream, Godiva chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and chocolate espresso beans is a serious death by chocolate experience. Expect Park City prices, or use the frequent summertime two-for-one coupons and you won’t be disappointed over the quality to value ratio.
