The Natural Cafe Restaurant Review:

The setting is clean and the counter service is friendly at this enviro-minded spot in Moorpark that serves no red meat. Vegetarians will find plenty of options like the soup of the day, quesadillas, a grilled eggplant sandwich or the Dalai dog---a tofu hot dog. Vegans can have anything (like mayo, cheese and milk) switched out to soy products and opt for brown rice over white. There’s also a fresh fish of the day and the Baja chicken burrito---most of the ingredients are organic and low in fat. We also recommend the turkey burger, which costs less than a drink at many restaurants. Down-to-earth servers match the restaurant’s character. Beer and wine are available. There’s a nice selection of fresh-baked pastries, but you’re better off with one of the smoothies---or a blueberry shake made with vanilla ice cream. (Soy shakes are available too.)
