Neo Sushi Studio Restaurant Review

: Neo Sushi Studio lives up to its name with “new,” elevated preparations of the usual sushi lineup. Each piece of sashimi or sushi is paired with an unusual sauce, vegetable or fruit, such as fish chimichurri served with an Argentinian salsa. Glazed shishito peppers are a welcome alternative to the ho-hum edamame usually sent out. Try the innovative yellowtail with citrus black pepper or crawfish tempura with Cajun aïoli, definitely not your run-of-the-mill Japanese dishes. A daily, oft-changing dessert specialty is offered. Sakés are limited but of a more refined quality, including a milky unfiltered version.
