Celebrity chef Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa brought a branch of his Japanese/sushi restaurant to Fairmont Monte Carlo. Expect signature dishes such as yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño from the "Cold Dishes," and black cod with miso among the "Hot Dishes." There are also sections for tempura, sushi rolls and sashimi. Nobu has dozens of locations around the world, including Los Angeles, New York, Moscow, London and Hong Kong.
