Set down a small alleyway off the Bowery, this taqueria is easy to miss. That would be a shame because they do better-than-average tacos here, some of which have unique ingredients. But given the name, first-timers are obligated to get anything with mole, the chocolate sauce for which Oaxaca is famous. Tacos come individually or in sets of three and are packed with meat and vegetables. The Korean taco, with kimchi and a spicy mayo, is a standout, and the stewed chicken guisado is a hearty affair. The pork torta, or sandwich, is a meal in itself, and comes with Oaxacan cheese and chipotle peppers.
